Tileset, while having color similarity is different from picso.png. There are probably only a few tiles that are unchanged and one particular block that was run through a filter (sand), but other than that I don't see it as being 100% GK. Also, have you ever stopped to consider the fact that they may still be working on it? What you have is probably not final.
As for the arms. I didn't actually see those online despite the fact that I have them in my webgifs folder. Again, its probably a dummy image for the time being. Hell, I'm still using the default bodies and heads as dummy images until I get some decent character sprites.
