SL used to have a jail where you had to wash so many dishes (as many as the staff set for them to do) until they could get out. If I could find the backup for it, I would bring it back. It was actually more fun to me than a punishment, but hey.
But, I think he should get the punishment he is getting now is fine, and a perm. ban if it happens again. What he said is sick, and to say it isn't, isn't really logical. You could be taken to court for sexual harrasment and defametory comments for saying that to someone.
