Sound's like you're on the road to burn outs.
3-4 hours every day?
Rather than burning staff members out you might consider setting dates that certain projects should be completed by. (at least at certain stages for that project.) Then let them work on it in a relaxed time. Because if you make people work 3-4 hours a day every day I guarantee in a couple of months they're going to break down and quit. |
