This is not stuck we just wanted to finish PlayerWorld renting and new scripting engine before working on Graal3d.
About VIP it's only 19$ for a year and it give lot options including forums, PlayerWorld renting, Guilds, Testing of New Graal version ...
About Graal3D it was never announced to be reserved to VIP but more to be made as a preview first for VIP. |
