If you want to learn serverside scripting, then get a Cadet job on a server and practice, read up on doc's etc.
I recently made a scripting document, some people tell me it's good, but I dunno, it's up to you. I should eventually save a link to it, but that requires effort

It's the first doc I've ever written, but I hope you get the basics from it, enjoy.
Anyway, I printed out commands.rtf 3 times, kept one at home, one in my locker, and one with me at school. I sat and wrote in my notebook scripts during Biology (honestly, what was I SUPPOSED to do? I still got an A!). most of the turned out wrong, BUT that's not what was important. I'd go home, type them up, and realize WHAT was wrong, and I started to figure what would work, what wouldn't, etc.
