Nah, the shop in Bognera has one scroll that changes, the rest are stuck(They're all Improve scrolls too...but no IWDS -_-)
Harmonia the scrolls are stuck on improvement scrolls too, and 2 spots are empty.
I've tried restocking them by leaving with no luck |
