Walls:
Nice idea, but they are a bit dull. The main reason is they repeat them selves, so loose the touch, the red bits are okay, its just the other bits (Does it look stupid without the other bits?)

Floor:
Well if I was you stick to a max of about 3 floor designs, and with what your doing, I'd say get just one good one, and put it though the whole level.

Also a note: Those bridge tiles look good like that, if you had them blue walls that delteria uses, that would look sweet.

Objects:
Well the bed looks lost, and the cooker would be fine with the normal bottom to it. And the book shelves look fine, except for that bottom tiles, but thats the tileset, not you.

Suggestions:
-Fix Floor
-Relook and consider changing walls
-Populate the level, its too empty!
-Make the bed interesting

Sparks Rating:
I'd say about 5.5/10
-Reason is its a bit blank, and some things dont look that nice.
