Head Developer were abusing event text, using boots to PK, and Rufio (the Asst. Head Developer) made his own little control NPC in which most likely abusing with as we speak. I think there needs to be a staff wipe...

I believe that screenshot was taken while one of the players accounts password was stolen. They couldnt get on RC because of the ip range but the Control npc allowed them to jail everyone in the level. Control npcs will soon be removed. Also Lyndzey changed the staff's account password so the stolen password would no longer work.
