I'm not saying she can't or doesn't deserve a chance at it , nor am I saying she is not old enough to enter in a contract with Graal , all I am saying is the players have nothing to do with the process of appointing a GM for Graal. This is strictly a business move for the best for the Game, players vote on emotions on how they feel about that person. Graal on the otherhand has to rely on job performance and word of mouth of high Staff. Much damage can be done by a person in a postion as that so they have to protect Graal the best they can.
Too many times already in the past high Admins with power have abused it when leaving as Nem did , so now they have to look at hiring someone in a different way since the ways of the past don't seem to be working and repeats of abuse keep happening. How this will be done I'm sure we will not be told because it has nothing to do with us on this end other than we all hope the next one will be more reliable than others of the past.

Just because someone is a good scripter doesn't mean they would be a good Admin by any long shot. You also need to be an Accounts Manager before going to an GM , too many things he doesn't know about that end. A GM needs to be able to get along with people without being negative or sarcastic , all that will do is tarnish Graal and make Graal look bad. One day Kai may be up for it but in my opinion that day is not now.
