All they have to do is prove he violated the terms of the contract, which would not be too hard to do under the circumstances. But this is quite costly because they are in France and Marc is in the USA so to weigh it out it doesn't seem cost effective to prosecute Marc. There was no real damage done to Graal just an inconvenice to some, unless Unixmad wants to make an example of him by doing it.
