This was information I gathered from specifically Alkaren who told me that Stefan2 had an RC IP set but that didn't prevent people from using the game client to log on with that account. Nemesis had global 4 and could delete accounts. If more accounts were intended to be deleted, Nemesis messed up by deleting his own account, but oh well. Kaimetsu doesn't seem so surprised :]
