And who said you could do nothing about it if someone stole it from your free geocities website? You could still take them to court for copyright infringement. It's just very rarely done. Costs/benefits, my friend. It costs a lot of money to go to court, and most people who have their websites hosted on geocities don't have that much important content which they would sue if someone copied.
And what would unixmad have to do with a user agreement between Zurkiba and the prospective person who would use his server space? Assuming that Zurkiba is allowed to do this, unixmad is not directly involved in a contract between Zurkiba and this third party.

Actually, if you read the license agreement, they can terminate your account with graalonline at any time for pretty much any reason.
But then again, you'd have had to actually read the license agreement to know that.
