On 6 he will have to send it out if they dont have a fax machine, I mean I dont. As only faxing and letter sending are legal ways to get signatures from not 1to1 metting to get a signature.
E-mail and AIM etc wont stand up in court. And if he only says it to scare people, I ask the point of the whole thing?
