2) He isn't, if anything he looses money.
3) Sounds silly, I guess he said that just to make people scared
4) I guess he'll trust the people who make the PW, and he will ahve the ultiate control over the server anyway, so he can take it away at any time, and claim ownership of everything that has been created.
5) Which anyone in their right mond would do. Giving your address to people is scary.
