I'm more likely to buy a server idea then a current server. (Server Ideas mean that if you're wanting to make a server and you go with my package, then I buy the server for you, you, and your staff. Then you work on your server).
Of coarse there will be a penality if you do not finish your playerworld. You will be fined a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $50.

Contact information (DNS, Actual Name, Address, Phone, E-mail Address) will be asked if your idea has been approved. This data will not be sold or spread around. They will stay confidential on my hard drive and they will never be accessed unless you owe a fine.
Failure to pay the fines will result in court order. You will be reported to the administration of Graal (Stefan and Unixmad) with proof of our transaction.
Full trust is granted in me. I will not fine you because I want to. If you dont break the terms of conduct then you shouldn't be fined at all.
There is no catch... it's a free server!

2) Are you allowed to make money this way through graal?
3) Court? Your going to pay a lawyer, organise a court trial, get the people to one location, over $20-50?
4) If you dont do the court thing, then how do you collect these monies?
5) People can make up address
6) You will have to send or fax an agreement to be signed by both parties, and I think someone had to witness it?
Someone else with more knowledge can reply...
And I think you have to say the period of time of warning them of changes to the agreement, and what if they no longer agree? Do they have to give you $20-50 or go to court?
And most servers will be UC for a while and either fail or fail when open, so you will just get $20-50?
