I don't think Bird posts/plays anymore.
Usually, the response would be to think more about the server before asking around for staff. I'm not exactly sure how to respond though, since you are paying for it and it will go up anyway.
You need to think up at least a skeleton for your server. What theme? What style of game play? What kind of system?
