Oy, ok, let me say this 1 more time...
the tiles AROUND the 2 trees you showed in that sample of the zelda tileset are in the graal tileset. they are 'stolen' as well, see my point? in the sample you showed, ALL those tiles ARE on the current graal tileset, EXACTLY the same as they are on the zelda tileset.... exept those trees.
the tree you see in the screenshot i showed is just 1 version of it... we have edited it to fit into different themed areas, and stuff like that... we have about 5 versions of that tree in the tileset, along with other small plants that are not shown in that screenshot (since it's so old)
i knew that the tree was supposed to look like the zelda tree, but no-one had pointed out that it was an exact copy before.. if i has known then i would have done something about it

I talked to the person who added that tree to the tileset, and she said she edited it to make it look better... and she said what's the difference if most of the rest of the graal tileset is taken from zelda, why not 1 more tile? (well, 4)
this isn't such a big deal... we can replace it with new graphics if we are forced to... and there is nothing 'stolen' on our tileset... at least not that i know of, and if there is, then don't be shy about pointing it out...
just don't judge a whole tileset based on 4 tiles
