Not that I am unhappy with NovaNET or Unixmad's choice in general, but why not just release some requirements for the GuildCP and technical details (i.e. the structure of the guilds database, details about the environment the program has to operate in) and make this a kind of community project?
Source could be made available and everyone could contribute to it. Seeing how everyone seems to be pretty eager to see the thing being done, this project would probably advance pretty fast.
To keep a kind of authority, quality assurance and control, someone could still be appointed to manage contributions and keep a roadmap. |
