A list of known and notorious scammers would be nice - but I'd vote against it. "Hey, <innocent acc> was lucky and got the ToW first while I was still charming. Well, bad luck" can easily become "Watch out, <innocent acc> is a scammer! Scammed me a RoW! Beware! He scammed me before! Kill him!" People already accused me of being a thief when I was killing a dievil, they ran by, slashed it once, and I took the droppings (and it was my poison, not their slash that killed it...). So the idea is good, but the population might turn it bad. |
