I am aware of that bottleneck, I mean to say, if an acct is on a blacklist for scamming etc, then they don't get to petition.
My thoughts are "how to transfer the bulk of the effort onto those who want to start a kingdom and away from the staff"
If someone has two accts, generally they can slip into any kingdom more easily - nothing is bulletproof. |
