Stuff like this happens, Bravo's been punished enough. You don't have to act like a snoody little pickle, people's accounts and stuff get hacked all the time now.
Not all of us are fortunate enough to have broadband. I am, but many people are not. It shouldn't be held against them. Obviously changing server options should be restricted to people with IP ranges, but RC doesn't offer the greatest security.

Besides that, people can change their IP to match yours.
*Guy IMs you, connects to you through AIM, netstat -n, oh look I have your IP*
If they wanted to get on they still could.

I personally think Graal should have a more secure method of RC, such as the RC makes a snapshot of your registry which you give to your manager. He adds it to a folder and has the snapshots name as your account. He sets rights as normal and you can get on.
First of all ANYONE on dial-up can have a secure a.b.c.* IP range. Secondly you cant just change your IP, you can snuff it, but connecting via AIM wont do that.
