He can make GFX yes, He can script Yes, and he can make levels Yes, but all of them are low quality.

I beg to differ. As I recall I had a greater than moderate interest as a whole more so than up comming PWs. Quit pretending to be the voice of Graal because you obviously are not

Even as I have said as well as many others have said its
your opinion and that is all it reflects; you and no one else.
Also, drop this graphics bandwagon you seem to riding on. This, again, isn't my main focus so why do you continually skew it that way? I'm using terrain thus I need my own graphics albiet they aren't the best. Would be better
if I could actually find talent. Far and few are there any. All I seem to find are run-of-the-mill users that only know how to use gradient fill and dumping a texture on an image thus it magically becomes a great work of art. Yeah, that's really good talent

Same thing goes for scripting. Very hard to find people that are more or less willing to make really nice scripts. All I've ever gotten from people trying to apply are lame weapon scripts such as staff tools.
The mindset isn't here, apparently, for a quality world based upon the majority of players and thier behavior as a group. There are many that have the potential just that a good chunk of them gets sucked into the power game. I'm not trying to usher in some graphical revoloution. I'll let Konidias and Soul-Blade handle that. I'm at the very least trying to usher in a new type of playerworld that will have a lot more depth to it while maintaining the KISS method (if at all possible). I want players to actually feel apart of my world and to have a small leverage in how it will flow without having to actually be staff. How that will work is my business
