Not at all .. one point I'd like to make is that the Kingdom would be run by a group of people, a High Council, probably 7 or so people, all of equal rank, all with equal rights - but they would all have to consult with one another before making any decisions .. and periodically consult with the people (and of course hear any unscheduled comments).
