Don't get me wrong, I don't reallly have too much of a problem with the VIPs getting to play the Linux client online first....they deserve something to tide them over until VIP is actually worth paying for, but I just don't really see a good justification for the move other than to make it appear like they are getting what they paid for. I'm not really thrilled about it because I'm not a VIP, but in all fairness they should get something extra...I just don't see why this is offered to an audience that for the most part doesn't even use Linux...that's all.

You missed my point. The RHN and getting RH releases early is pretty much identical to VIP and getting the Linux client early and so forth. You can't approve of one and disapprove of the other, that's hypocritical.
