Okay it's nice to see a new playerworld being developed. I'll throw in my nine cents:
1) The windows on the house seem rather tiny. I mean I don't think a bird could fit through them. They should be a little wider.
2) The wooden borders on the house are crazy. It looks like somebody got a bit too happy with the wood. What's with the weird squares near the windows and stuff? They don't seem to serve any structural purpose to the house...
3) The rocks seem a little too pixelated around the edges, especially the one to the right of the character.
5) Your trees kind of look flat, also, the treelimbs shouldn't be "connected" to the trunk like that. They look like they were glued on. You should make the limbs blend into the tree as one solid object.
6) The cliffs could at least have some diagonal tiles. It's too squared off.
7) The character seems rather tall in comparison with everything else. Now I know that Graal does the same, but Graal characters are chubby, yours is very skinny and it just kinda makes it stick out more. Also, the positioning of the legs... I don't know if you were going for a megaman leg stance style or whatever, but it really sucks.

Sorry to be so blunt, but with the guy totally facing to the side, there is no way his legs could be in that position, unless he broke his hip.
8) I also wanted to note on the importance of blending everything together, including the timeline. From the looks of the house and sword, you're using a medieval type deal... Yet the character is wearing baggy white pants and a white shirt with a red line around the wrist that look like modern clothes. I'm just wondering why the guy has a modern hairstyle, and modern clothes, back in medieval times. If it's not medieval times, I'm wondering why you have a medieval looking house and why the guy is carrying a sword.
9) The top left status thing is not attractive at all. Please get rid of it and make something else. It doesn't match any of the other graphics there.
