well, one thing is... as far as i know, they won't be accepting new servers till the pay option comes out...
also, any server which is public, BEFORE the pay system comes out will have 1 free year (i think)
so, if they can get up around the PWA, then get public before the pay system comes out... that could save them a lot of cashmoneys
