From what I've seen the length of the rope can't be changed. A horse can only go a certain distance from the peg. This can get messed up, though, if the server is restarted .. I think.
.. but yeah, I don't see why this was posted in the Kingdoms forum, it has nothing to do with the Kingdoms. |
