Nemesis said there were 55 applications. I was given 12, because the other ones didn't make the cut, I suppose.

From these 12 I wrote a small paragraph (5-6 lines) about the application and this person should /shouldn't be hired. Much of the criteria on which they were based came from their application itself. Someone who puts effort into their application will obviously have a better chance, and it just so happens that these people had longer and more detailed apps. Now this doesn't eman you should all go out and write pages of mindless blabble, it's just that these people said what they were skilled at, and what they were willing to bring to the PWA that was an asset to us. Lots of people said they thought they would make a good choice, and said why, but these people said why they would make a good choice plus how they would react and what they would do in certain situations etc. If you know more about the person you are more likely to go with them.

I also looked at the persons previous history. If they have been banned or are notorious for causing trouble you'll obviously get a lower chance at being a member. Skill comes into factor, what your previous jobs were, what you're good at in terms of level creations. Forum activity? If you use these forums then it's a bonus too as you have an easy way of talking to the community.

These were just some of the criteria. Oh, and about that Kishara thing, that had absolutely nothing to do with Nemesis. She had a good application and elaborated on some of the points above, making her a good candidate. I didn't even know about Nemesis and Kishara being close friends until he told me when I said that she would make a good choice.
