I just liked yours well enough and I did like Shavo's to but then again I see how this works out but then again it probably would of been magnified 10 fold over that.
Thankyou.
Yes I figured that people would have done only a few lines. I wrote mine in Microsoft word and my '3 paragraphs' went over one and half A4 pages. I thought that would be held against me as I would have bored you, but I tired to be intresting.

And to those who didn't get hired I will tell you the basic outline of what I wrote so you can have a nice application: I wrote what was wrong with the current PW team, and how I could help. And an example of this would be that the PWA and the last few has been made up from Americans (I think), and so, A european (me being one) would be good, as Americans have to sleep, and im awake for most part of that, and so if they needed something, I would be able to help. I probably included over 15 things that I think would be improved with me. Im not listing them nor telling them, as I am not doing the work for you. But you need to treat this as a job application and not just say: ''hire me, hire me''. I think I wrote mine for over 2 hours editing parts, as orignally it was 3A4 pages. But I edited out bits I felt didn't need to be in there. So when you do apply, I know you all want to get first, but you don't have to be, you had a week to do so, and im sure if you followed the instructions correctly, AND spent a longer time over what you had wrote, then Nem would have had a bigger choice, and those who didn't get in, may have done so.
