Here is the deal.....I got 55 Applications....Do you think people can follow an application? I say do this and what does everyone do? They put their own information.
Does anyone know that a PARAGRAPH is not 1 sentence? Oh better yet...2 sentences? I mean half the applications failed because the lacked information, and I said I was wanting what I was wanting. Then people who wrote really well we passed on.
Some people like Zell and Shavo, did not give supports, yet they wrote good applications compared to people who wrote nothing and it was just 5 lines of "hire me" in so many ways without being honest and just getting to the point.
Everyone is going to be bitter and bicker about things. First of all, the team belongs to AfterShock. It is his team, he is in charge of the whole deal. I am incharge of him.
He named 5 people that would be good, and obviously 3 out of the 5 were picked, and then there was a tie between 2 people. Since their applications were close and iti s a tough decision, but it will be made asap.
I am sorry if you are disappointed and think it is corrupt that certain members were hired. But I assure you, that when people cannot follow directions and cannot do certain things that just makes it easier for me, yet at the end of the day there would be about 6 applications who did follow the rules yet were not as good as those who broke them on purpose to allow themselves to be honest and to the point. 3 People told me why they will not get supports and gave the reason which was excellent and I applaud that because hey they were somewhat right....
So if you want to blame someone, blame yourself for A) Not applying B) Not writing enough C) Not trying as hard as you should and putting a lack luster application
So if you want to complain, keep going but it will be sad since if you applied and you were not picked, chances are if you are not in the elite 12 that it was down to, then obviously you have no say since you failed miserably on the application.
I will not name names, no need. AS mainly picked I read over his review and wrote my own prior and his was better than mine, but in the coming weeks the team will mold and shape into something, so regardless those who were picked will do their job, and the next member or members, will do their job...No matter what there is no pleasing everyone, no matter what everyone is gonna complain and whine about who is picked....That is to bad, that is how it is, sorry...but you will have to accept it and move on. |
