As far as I know, Nem, and Kish aren't officially dating, but they're good friends...
and i could understand if he did choose her, and the fact they were friends helped (not saying that was why) 0.o'
because, when you really get to know a person, you know more about their character, and who they are. You know what they can, and can not do, and you trust them more... I'm not saying it would be right if that was the only reason why she was picked (i doubt it was), but i can see where it would help her get the job... since with most of the applicants, he knew nothing really about the person applying, other than what they put on the application... but then, with Kish, he obviously knew more, and so could more a more fair judgement of her, than he could have without knowing anything besides what was on the application.
besides, I would think that AfterShock would have said something if she was a wrong choice
