Maybe its just me but I don't like overly cluttered grass, granted you need some tiling but people tend to overdo it sometimes. Try lightening up a bit and freeing up some space and like some of the others said try grouping stuff together.

The beach looks cool although there are some tile errors when you make the transition from beach to wet beach thing. I also think you should make the water itself more zig zaggy between shallow and semi-deep.

The house in the upper left is, creative, but the first thing I asked were wheres the windows? Unless it is a shed or something that fits into a story, a house should at least have one or two windows. And maybe less open roof on top, make a second story or something. The other house is fine the way it is.

And the cloud things were definetly a cool idea ive never seen before, keep working on the level its cool.
