for the simple fact that playerworlds who have managers can hire their own help. Some servers have been in binds, but yet they managed to get help and such. Yet this team is somewhat "needed" as some say so thus this is just for playerworld managers.

No one said they had to. Its optional help thats being welcomed. And they/we are sercueing and helping stop hacking.
2) They should only be on your server when someone of admin powers is present to monitor them
We dont need monitoring first off. And yes that is true we cant make changes without concent of a manager or admin
3) They do not even have to be on your RC due to their "help" status. (Meaning they are only supposed to be on TO HELP, if they just do nothing then they should not be there)

4) If you require help, flag one down and allow them to help, if you can remove their rights at any time and you do not reasons or anything to do so. Because they are helping, so it is not really a job.
It is a job. We are fixing and sercueing servers.
5) They have to LISTEN to you. You as a manger / admin are their bosses, they cannot go around doing things to your NPC server and stuff WITHOUT permission. IF this happens you notify me and I will take of the situation asap.
We cant change anything without premission already said that.
So if you have questions about it. Then good, but this is an overview of it.
If they give you some crap about HAVING to have it, they MUST ask, and if you say no, and they persist just disconnect them, it is not their job. It is their job to ask and if the answer is no, then it is no, simple as that. If it is yes, then they can do what YOU tell them to, not what they want to do. Ensure you know this so you are aware and no one pulls a fast one over you.

Every server we have been on. They *HAVE* been more than willing to give us the local nc right to help. Not one person has refused or have problems...
Nem. Get over it. This team has helped alot in the one day it has been around. Stop being so negative.
And yes we are just helpers. Dont want the help? Fine we wont. But for the people out there (Most it seems) Then its good its around for someone to ask advice and how to fix things.
When we login we explain why we are there. All the Rules we must follow. And ask if they want our help and they can refuse it.
