the paying for a player world option hasn't even been offered to the public yet... so he must have gotten up someway else...
the tileset MIGHT be ok... but i saw those same screenshots MONTHS ago... from what i can tell, they have like 40 something levels, and a few NPC's.... yes, it does sound like Era when it first started... exept this one is advertising a toy
