Yes you are 100% wrong.
A playerworld that is getting online.. Why if I'm not mistaken this is the whole point ofmaking a playerworld. No staff? That's an
assumption he stated he needed staff meaning he didnt have enough. Not that he didnt have any. (Thinking really isnt your strong suit is it?) As for it being in relation to toys he's making who cares motives dont matter as long as the playerworld looks nice and has content. If he pays for the server to be up then who cares if it doesnt its his server to do with as he pleases.
As I previously stated in the other thread it is infact not against the rules. I took the advice you gave to him and read the rules and it made no mention of it.
I dont know that the tileset is bad so much as the levels are bad. Maybe a bit of both. I would definatly rethink those levels as with effort they could be of a much higher quality. Those levels are basic and I definatly recommend having some one with more experience go over and preview/edit them. Such as a bed outside? Thats just wierd
