Whoa whoa. Maybe Dustari is rooted in the medievel era, but that doesnt mean the other kingdoms are. Example: I dont recall any mention of pirates in the middle ages (refering to CP).

Graal Kingdoms does not have a specific era it is set in. You have swords..and gokarts, etc.

And Ceasar technically was ruling the Roman Republic...but he excercised absolute power. Its how you manipulate the established laws that allow for such things to happen, that and military takeover.

Now, to counter your deffinitions

Our constitution does not limit the power of the ruling party's senior official in any way. Nor does our law, as that person is given sole authority to amend the constitution. Infact, there is no opposition, either. As in, there is no opposing political groups. Just one party.

n [L, fr. dictare] (14c) 1 a: a person granted absolute emergency power; esp: one appointed by the senate of ancient Rome.
Omi, a dictator in the Roman Republic? Here is further background:
Quote:
Dictator
In the Roman republic, a temporary magistrate with extraordinary powers.

Nominated in times of crisis by a consul, recommended by the Senate, and confirmed by the Comitia Curiata, the dictator's term was six months or the duration of the crisis, and he had authority over all other magistrates. By 300 BC his powers were limited; no dictators were chosen after 202. The dictatorships of Sulla and Julius Caesar were a new form with almost unlimited powers. Caesar became dictator for life just before his assassination; afterward the office was abolished.

Zormite is ruled by the Nationalist Archist Party of Zormite (NAPZ)...The senior official of the ruling party is who is given the title Dictator. See, my Republic is ruled by the people's representatives, who in turn vested full authority in me. Heh, see how that works?
