I am talking about serious rules. Considering that ToT
was once online, I have no doubt that tileset was online as well. Therefore it belongs to Graal Online. The creator, whoever it may be, is still allowed to say who can and can't use it, but otherwise they no longer own it. Ownership was given up when they uploaded it but they may still choose who can use it.
