Who decides who's postman? How many are there? What if they aren't on or just don't feel like delivering the letters? Can they read them? Do they have to fetch them in the post office? Is "P" global? If so (and I'd say it is) what about kingdom members with "P" delivering letters to enemies in times of war? |
