ok not going into a lengthy explanation since i included a .doc instead of a .txt and all my text got erased heres the brake down:
in this artical you'll find various idea's about the conquerable isle's and regular castles and wars.
things that might not be in there
have little fox holes and stuff buildable so archers have a safe place to fire.
have castle walls buildabe and they can be destroyed (just for conquer isle not for main castle)
same with gates as above
