Govannon. For the food thing, I have a sustenance amulet, and if I'm not wearing that, my stamina goes down fast, but I use just either use my create food spell to make bread that replenishes +500 stamina, or I just run to any beach and kill a couple shell bomies, get the food, and I'm full again.
