I shall speak to Tseng about making this formal, I am glad a working solution has been found.
Kaiser, is a Ponifex a rank that's public, or a 'shadow rank' of sorts, where Ponifex may in fact use a different rank, but in secret is the Ponifex?
I think the real power will rest with Tseng, but that Elder Kamuii will be consulted in times of doubt, crisis, or simply when sound advice is sought. |
