1. With no spending hundreds of hours in dungeons, will spend hundreds of hours role playing.
Dungeons are there to give players something to do/achieve in their playing lifetime. Most players tend to get bored of dungeon leveling after a certain period of time, and this is where RP comes in as something players can engauge in. And anyone who can spend countless hours in a dungeon without coming out probably won't be needed in any serious RP anyway, you act like you need everyone on the server together to have a successful RP, and thats just not true.

2. Events will be pretty much fair because no one will have a godly advantage. There will no longer be a continuous group of very high levelers gaining all the events items and adding to the problem.
Considering that RP requires two party agreement and understanding, it can often lead to heavy arguements in bad RPers, namely the people in discussion of this thread (obnoxious jerks). Graal 2002 is more of a hybrid server I would say between a Hack n' Slash and an Role-Play type of environment. Its tough to manage but it can work because it sets limits, this way we don't have a million "SSJ Cloud Strifers" coming in screaming about how they use "Spirit Blast Sword" on you and you are dead. People have to earn the right to be considered strong, and a lot of in inbalance comes from this alchemy crap which will hopefully be removed.

3. We will look for better weapons and armor so it can give us a little advantage over a foe (Note: There is need for more armor and color choices because we don’t want all to wield the same weapons and look like drones)

On the note of armour color, agreed, there should be some sort of way to paint your armour or tint it and such.

4. Skill in fighting will be a factor to defeat a foe. This is more logical then one swings kills everyone because of his godly level.

People with goldly weapons and levels have usually gained the skill to use them correctly. And JUST for the record, there really aren't ANY weapons that are much better then the Flame Sword or Ice Dagger, Inferno Swords are just flame swords with two more damage, War Axe is a vicious axe with one more damage, and believe it or not, one or two damage doesn't do much at all, because any weapon becomes godly when blessed and prepared. The only real high power weapons I am aware of are the Hammers, which there are only 2 active right now. Theres really little difference between the fighting system for 2k2 and the basic fighting system, its all sword damage and health, the real fighting is coming from the moving around and getting your weapon to connect with the opponent. You make it sound as if players just stand there facing each other and smash the S button, if you fight like that, no wonder you've never won a spar. And with resistances it adds a twist so that a lower level person might in turn be able to defeat a higher one, because I doubt anyone has a resistance to everything, even I have a weakness.

4. Kingdoms will not longer be super power because one person that is godly strong joins them. The power will come from the mass of people in the kingdom or size of army. This is a more logical then one man army beating the living tar out of everyone.

Well this is a little dilemma yes, but a lot of it is the alchemy armour, and once that is either removed, or preferably made public, it won't be so easy for these people to defend themselves.

5. If everyone has the same basic advantage, do you think obnoxious players would be pking everyone? No because they could get killed since no one has a godly advantage. Those players that like to kill all day will leave because to them, role playing is boring, thus lowering the player killing rate tremendously.
Go look at these servers please, Graal: The Adventure, Era, Unholy Nation, fairly equal servers. Go there and count how many PKers you see. And I don't think PAYING players would just leave because of such a thing. Most of them paid not knowing what Graal 2002 was like in the first place.

6. Its more fun role playing then spending hundreds of hours pressing S all day, unless your a major hack & slash fan which would make you a person in the wrong place for what this game was intended to be. Or you may have severe problems boring yourself all day and should contact a doctor.

Overall in this you also have shown me no real evidence that would turn these obnoxious players into good RPers. Face it you can't change someone through a game, not usually anyways. Taking away their dungeons won't make them speak in correct grammer and removing their items won't make them nice people either. I don't know how many times I must say that people make way for bad RPing, not the environment. Any good devoted RPer can RP in any environment.
