Blind should lower your ac and wc (cuz you can't see well enough to hit or dodge properly.) Um...not to rain on your parade, but slow should slow you, not ice, and frostbite would be like poison then, wouldn't it? I think it should freeze you in place, but double your ac, and if you're hit, you get unfrozen (no, it won't be freeze, unfreeze, freeze, unfreeze, because you like poison and suh, you won't ALWAYS be affected on the first hit, maybe not even after the 20th.) |
