Sword is gone -_-

Ehh.. i just checked and my sword is gone.
No i did not get hacked since i had it, walked around then lost it. no i didn't drop it. It just dissapeared.
It was a diamond sword. (Damage +9) (Attack: Psychical) or whatever. |
