So basically you would be setting up houses to rent to players so that they wouldn't have to build and maintain their own? It's a nice idea, but what about the trust issue? I don't know how GK handles houses, but it's gotta be one of the following possibilities:
1) One key per house, in which case you give the dude the key and have to trust that he'll give it back.
2) Multiple keys per house, all keyholders considered equal owners. In this case, you have to trust that he won't change the locks or share the house or whatever.
3) Multiple keys per house, single owner. This is better for you, but they have to trust that you won't raid their houses. They'd be trusting you to look after things which took hours to maintain, and many people will be reluctant. |
