It is located on the Big Mountian. Around the bottom left.
You drop your weapon into the sea, at a cost of 120 plats and your prepared weapon and/or enchanted one will be reset.
And no, you do not recieve your Improve Weapon Damage or Prepare Weapon Scrolls back. But hey, thats life. Live with it. |
