Well it should be, it once was. We had a copyright sub-division for Global GFX team. People sorta assumed that PWA suddenly assumed that responsibility because they check for such things when reviewing playerworlds. Honestly though, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I really have never been aware of them actually checking up on playerworlds later on, to see if they are still within their limits. Even so, I like to protect gfx made for specific playerworlds when possible, that is if that playerworld never gave permission to others to use them.
