I am a really good scripter, I don't like to brag but people tell me I am. I have gotten lots of very high jobs on Gold servers. But, before I didn't start working there. You have to work your self up through "
experience". It is ok if you can't speak
perfect english, but you should learn it better. Stick with one server, it doesn't matter which really, and work your way up until you have complete respect from all the staff. Then you will be able to work yourself up to the next level.
All this could take a couple months to a year. But, if you want it you'll more or less have to do it this way. You don't have much of a choice. Most Gold\respectable servers aren't going to higher you if you don't have
experience.
Now I know what you want isn't to work for a Gold server, you want to be a manager. So, what your going to have to do is:
- Learn every part of graal development atleast to where you can compete with everyone.
- Get much better at your english communication skills. This might even be the hardest one for you to do, but you'll have to do it.
- Try to get much more experience in leadership roles, anyone that you lead people will do.
