Squaresoft cannot file a lawsuit just because Konidias is using a ring menu. Its a
menu, not a body! Not only that, but SoM and SD3 have been out of circulation for years asside from thier ROM formats.
Its not like Konidias went into the actual code and ripped it line by line and translated it into graal script.
I guess you should also get on Stefan's case for using a ring menu on 2k1 for the trading-item and hat-trading NPCs
