It's built on graduating levels of idiocy...
I can scan from top to bottom and depending on where exactly they give a bad answer it shows how inexperienced they really are... Some new people really have never been told things like "don't upload things for your friends"...
It's not to weed out corrupt people, it's to weed out inexperienced ones. |
